Arancini done right is to die for. If you're unaware, arancini are not easy to make; they're risotto balls stuffed with cheese and then fried.

It's the making of the risotto, which is the nightmare.

The claim online is that arancini are a piece of cake. Trust me, they're not. That's why I'd leave it to the pros at a place like Sfera.

Located in the Edgewater neighborhood of Chicago, Sfera hosted Fieri last October to film the 10-15 minute segment.

It took 13 hours to film that short bit. Kind of a crazy long day, don't you think?

The owners of Sfera, Steven Jarczyk and Daniela Vitale, told Block Club Chicago they were notified by a producer who recommended that Triple D feature their restaurant.

Jarczyk and Vitale have no idea who told Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives about the place, but they must be thankful.

The episode of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives featuring Sfera will air this Friday at 8 p.m. CST.

If you're craving that arancini without going to the Windy City, Sfera will deliver to your doorstep. Details are HERE.
