There's actually a really heartwarming story behind this side-by-side photo that's been making its rounds on the internet. A family ordered an Elsa inspired cake for their daughter's party that was based on a design by McGreevy Cakes, a cake decorating tips website based out in New York. After the photo got more than 2,000 comments on Reddit, it came to light that the cake was actually created by Icing Smiles, which creates cakes for ‘families impacted by the critical illness of a child’.

Icing Smiles responded to the criticism with a touching photo and comment on their Facebook page.
