The 10 Dumbest Cities In Illinois

A recent survey showed Illinois is the 35th dumbest state in the country. That's not too bad, but that doesn't mean we don't have our fair share of dumb cities.

Road Snacks just released the 10 dumbest cities in Illinois, and wouldn't you know it, one of those cities is located just outside of Rockford.

Before the list though, you need to know how the team at Road Snacks got their results.

They used three different criteria to figure out which city is the dumbest in Illinois.

The criteria included number of bars versus libraries (per capita), high school graduation rates, and number of men in the city.

Here's are 10 dumbest cities in Illinois:

3. Melrose Park
4. LaSalle
5. Carpentersville
6. Belvidere
7. Dixon
8. Crest Hill
9. Glendale Heights
10. Pontiac
