The 10 Things Every Dad Wants For Father’s Day

Looking for good gift ideas for Dad? Here are 10 things every Dad wants (or should want) for Father's Day.

This is far from a scientific list, however I'm a Dad. I would totally approve of at least half the list happening.

1. Take him to Menards or Home Depot and let him run wild.

2. Buy him some meat for the grill. Even on Father’s Day we’ll cook some meat.

3. Let him watch what we want. Sports, action movies, anything.

4. Make sure things are quiet. Dads love quiet.

5. Beer. Give him beer. Not cheap beer either. The good stuff.

6. When he disappears into the garage for a few hours, leave him be.

7. Let him sleep in. Dads love it when they can sleep while the rest of the family does other things.

8. Let him wear what he wants, no matter how big or small.

9. If you see him on his riding lawn mower while not actually mowing the grass just leave him be.

10. Give him a hug and say “thanks.”
