The Red Cross Will Give You Amazon Gift Cards For Donating Blood
The incentive to donate blood is ALWAYS to help save lives. However, sometimes theres a shortage in donations. That's the case currently. The American Red Cross is offering a $5 Amazon gift card to anyone who donates blood for a limited time in response to a shortage.

According to officials, the American Red Cross is facing a critical shortage the blood type most needed in hospitals - type O. The American Red Cross says they have less than a two-day supply of blood available for emergency rooms.
Don't know what blood type you are? That's okay! That definitely shouldn't stop you from donating. Here's a link to help determine what blood type you are. All blood types so donate, however, there's a big need for type-O right now.
The American Red Cross is asking eligible donors of any and all blood types to make an appointment. Anyone who donates blood or platelets from May 14 to June 10, they will receive a $5 Amazon.com gift card via email.
