The Seven Worst Rockford Area Mugshots Of 2016

This is not a picture that you ever want to be featured in. 

I have never had the pleasure of having a mugshot taken of me. Which means I have stayed out of trouble. For some residents of Winnebago County, that can't be said.

It was a busy 2016 at the Winnebago County Jail. People come and go all the time. One constant is having their picture taken. Some of these photos are just bad.
