Any remedies out there for dumb food mistakes?

I've eaten a lot of dumb things. Raw noodles throughout most of my childhood, triple cheeseburgers when I was in sixth grade so my brothers would like me, Dippin' Dots off of a junior high cafeteria table...

One time, I lost a tooth on a dog toy. Seriously, I might have some issues.

Most recently I made a mistake by eating too much of a good thing. Roasted garlic.

Roasted garlic is delicious, which is probably why shortly after roasting the garlic I decided to start popping the individual cloves in my mouth one at a time.

Yep, no bread, no steak, no nothing but full size roasted garlic cloves and much too much roasted garlic skin than anyone should ingest.

In one hour I ate 3/4 of the entire bulb. Then yesterday for lunch I finished the whole head. In less than 18 hours I managed to eat the entire thing and on my way home from work last night I thought I was going to puke garlic all over the car.

My stomach has still not fully recovered, and I haven't stopped burping burning garlic since the first bite.

While it's better than say, eating an entire head of raw garlic, it's still the dumbest thing I've ever eaten and I want my mistake to be a warning for garlic lovers out there.

Now we turn to you, what's the dumbest thing you've ever eaten?
