It's finally here, Country Thunder Wisconsin 2022. I don't want to jinx it but the weather in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin is looking to be the best it has been in years for the entire weekend But, that doesn't mean you shouldn't be prepared any less than in previous years.

What should you wear?

First and foremost, wear your Country Thunder wristband. Make sure it is secured to your wrist because if you lose it you'll have to buy another and if that day is sold out you're CT adventure may be ending early.

Wear waterproof sunscreen. Whether you are camping or not you can bring sunscreen onto the festival grounds.

Wear comfortable shoes. Do NOT wear flip-flops, heels, or footwear you don't want dirty and/or ruined. You're going to be doing a lot of walking through grass, dirt, and gravel.

Grab a hoodie or light jacket in case it gets chilly once the sun goes down.

You can bring one unopened water bottle with you. (One per person.)

Strap on a fanny pack for your personal items, Trust me. It's most convenient.

Bring a hat and sunglasses. In fact, I'd bring two pairs of sunglasses in case you lose or break a pair.

Bring your I.D. if you plan on having an adult beverage or seven. Do it responsibly, of course.

[Pro Tip: There's no need to dress like you're going to a nightclub because you're not. You're going to a festival on a ranch.]

Buy your parking pass online/through the app before you arrive at Country Thunder. You don't want to be stuck in the line with people who didn't.

If you plan on using the overnight parking lot you need to purchase an appropriate pass or your vehicle will be towed at your expense.

If you're dropping off a camper but not staying you need to purchase a camper drop-off pass.

If you're camping keep your campsite clean. Bring plenty of garbage bags, there are dumpsters at the end of every camping row. If you violate this rule you could be fined and lose your camping spot renewal opportunity. Also, not upholstered furniture, if Country Thunder spots it you will be fined $100.

Leave your pets at home unless it's a service animal.

No fire pits, bonfires, or fires of any sort are allowed in the camping area, including tiki torches.
