Travelers Say This Illinois City Has #1 Best Airport In North America
If you travel a lot, you probably have a favorite airport you frequent because of the exceptional service, food selection, or fast & efficient security checkpoints.
If O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, Illinois is your favorite airport in North America, you have some good taste my friend!
O'Hare won the 'Best In North America' title for 18 consecutive years according to GlobalTravelerUsa... yes, 18 CONSECUTIVE YEARS! They beat Miami, San Francisco, Denver and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airports.
In my late teen years, I traveled just about every month from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport to different destinations. The drop-off area is always hectic and there are so many employees yelling where to, and not to, park.
Once you get inside of O'Hare, it's a piece of cake. You just look for your airline, go through the security checkpoints, and BOOM! You're now free to go to your terminal or browse all the stores they have to offer.
This is just part of the experience when you travel from this International Airport. The lights change color when you're on the moving walkway and really calms you down before your flight.
Also, did you know there's literally over 80 different restaurants and bars to eat at & over 60 shopping outlets to kill time in?? O'Hare is like a massive mall with overly priced EVERYTHING.
Though they didn't get 'Best Overall Airline In The World' award (Singapore Airlines in China took that title), being the most popular amongst travelers in North America is still pretty awesome!
