You might think your Valentine's Day weekend on the couch was crappy, but at least you aren't 1-800-Flowers.

This is definitely one of the biggest problems businesses have with social media, consumers' abilities to publicly complain so easily.

Valentine's Day is obviously a huge time for flowers, and a lot of people call 1-800-Flowers to fill their needs, but this year, there was more disappointment than happiness when flowers were delivered.

Yikes. 1-800-Flowers was pretty active responding to the complaints, but I'm sure they are still dealing with them.
