A member of the 2010 Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks will be making an appearance in Rockford.

Since the Hawks are having a down year, I think looking back at the good old days might make me feel a little bit better as a disappointed fan.

I got spoiled after winning championships. Three Stanley Cups is a huge deal. Especially, after years of being horrible.

I'm asked all the time, which of them is your favorite. Without hesitation, it's definitely the 2010 team. It was the first cup and a very special year.

I'm so excited that a member of that team is making an appearance in Rockford.

Former Chicago Blackhawks Defenseman, Brian Campbell, will be at the Rockford IceHogs game on February 28th.

According to icehogs.com,

"Each fan in attendance will receive a copy of the game-day program, which will include a foldout poster of Campbell. A limited number of fans will also be granted the opportunity to meet him and receive an autograph, with a limit of one autograph per fan."

"The IceHogs will also play special tribute videos on the video board as part of the evening’s celebrations, and Campbell will participate in a ceremonial puck drop prior to the start of the contest."

Take advantage of this opportunity and come out to meet a Stanley Cup Champion.
