A group of French Bulldogs found in the back of a truck with no heat, water or air conditioning in Texas last month are now safe in Chicago.

28 dogs were found that day. One had already died and four others have passed due to various illnesses after the rescue according to ABC7 in Chicago.

That leaves 23 dogs that have since been picked up by Chicago French Bulldog Rescue.

The internet heard about the dogs, their story and the rescue and everyone wants to help.

The dogs will be available for adoption and foster homes after they fully recover.
