Best Ways to Enjoy Rockford Alpine Kiwanis Brat Days

For over 40 years, the Rockford area has eaten thousands of brats and helped raise over $1 million for those in need locally and internationally.

Alpine Kiwanis brat days returns Friday, July 15 and Saturday, July 16. From 11 A.M. - 8 P.M. Friday and 11 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. on Saturday. There again will be a special kick-off on Friday morning starting at 6 A.M.. "Take Your Brat to Work" will offer an opportunity to be a hero at your workplace. Until 9 A.M, at Schnucks Supermarket on North Alpine & Harlem Road, Johnsonville Brats will be available for $3.00 each, with condiments, from the Drive-Thru only at the North Alpine & Harlem Road Schnucks location. Large orders for "Take Your Brat to Work" can be called ahead to 815-979-8669.

During the regular Friday and Saturday hours 'Brat Days' will be happening at 3 area locations: Edgebrook Shopping Center at the corner of Alpine Rd. and Highcrest Ave., and at Schnucks on E. State St. or N Alpine & Harlem Rd.. There will also be live entertainment stages at all 3 locations.
