Check Out The Easy Way You Can Donate to Rockford Rescue Mission

Scrolling through Facebook this morning I ran across a flyer from Rockford Rescue Mission. The flyer was explaining that they're running low on some supplies. Here's what the flyer looks like -

We need your help! Please help spread the word that we are out of 8 oz styrofoam cups and plastic forks. Please share with your friends and family so we can help feed our hungry neighbors while we continue to search for additional staff in our food service! Thank you!

So of course I'm here to encourage you to donate! However, what really caught my eye was a comment from someone. A woman commented asking if she could order stuff from Amazon and have it shipped directly to their address. Can you say BRILLIANT?

Rockford Rescue Mission replied to the woman saying -

This is amazing! Yes, that works wonderfully! You are an angel! Thank you!

You might not always have the time to stop by the Rescue Mission and physically drop off supplies, but everyone has time to online shop during the work day.
