And the 'experts'—my new favorite people, by the way—are a group of researchers from China who decided to study the coffee habits of over 171,000 Brits, who didn't have cancer or heart disease at the start of the study, for seven years.

Since proving that daily coffee drinking will extend your life has already been suggested in previous research, the researchers in China wanted to see if the same would be true even if you add sugar to your coffee.

According to this study, shared by insider.com, coffee drinkers who down between one and four cups of lightly sweetened java every day are 29 to 31% less likely to die during this study.
