Dad At Home With Baby For First Time ‘Survives’ [TEXTS]

First time dads can all relate to this, that moment when your wife leaves you at home with the new baby.

I've been there and it's scary. It's on you to survive and keep the baby alive and happy.

The baby doesn't communicate when there is something wrong, all it does is cry.

You don't know what to say, or how to handle the situation. Fathers can read all the "how-to" books in the world on babies, but their first time with the kid alone is a life changing moment.

Like this new father who sent his wife a few texts when his wife left him at home with the new baby for the first time.

His last text is the truest text of them all, at least for me:

"I'm not strong enough to be a single parent."
