I don't know how I ended up down a rabbit hole of crazy things about Wisconsin, but when I came across this article from onlyinyourstate.com about Wisconsin's weirdest laws, I just knew they were too good not to share.

As an Illinoisan, I probably shouldn't be throwing shade at our neighbors up North for their stupid laws, because we have some pretty wacko laws in this state too. A couple of months ago I did a little research about weird Illinois laws, and here are just a few of them that should be accompanied with a facepalm emoji:

• You can't make silly faces at dogs in Normal, Illinois.
• Girls can't throw snowballs in Mt. Pulaski, Illinois, but boys can.
• Bees can't fly over streets in Kirkland, Illinois.
• Roosters can't crow within 300 feet of a home in Kenilworth, Illinois.

Wisconsin is known for their cheese right, so it only makes sense that they take the consumption and distribution of their favorite dairy product very seriously.
