Downtown Rockford Restaurant Abruptly Shuts Down
If you were making plans to have lunch in downtown Rockford today, you have one less option.
The restaurant took over the spot previously home to Kyrptonite, and was only in business for a little over a year when all of the sudden the doors are locked and the phone number is not in service.
I did try to call them as well and the number was not connected.
So far Capital House has not made any statement, on social media or anywhere else, but for what it's worth, they had great food and incredible martini drinks!
Sweet Lenny and I made a visit there last summer for an episode of Ate One Five.
