It was scorching hot all over the Midwest this weekend. It's not often, as you'll see in this video, that firefighters have to deal with the heat in quite this fashion.

You know it's hot when the steel used to build the Michigan Ave. bridge begins to expand to such a degree that boaters passing underneath couldn't get through.

Chicago Firefighters to the rescue. It's almost like playing that carnival game with water guns where you have to be the first to pop the balloon on top of the clown's head.
