Happening February 7 at Prairie Street Brewing Company, it's time to celebrate Valentine's Day the ladies way. The best part is that it's all for a good cause. The entire party is benefiting Nikolas Ritschell Foundation.

But let's not forget it's a party, and what's a party without some wine? This year we're taking wine to the next level. Sure we'll be serving wine, and we'll have a wine tasting. But, there's more.

This year we're going to have WINE FLOATS! And yes they're amazing as they sound. So here's what goes into one -
