Before they bring an order, this percentage of delivery drivers will taste your food.

I used to order food to be delivered to my house all the time. I got away from doing it because many times it took an hour or more to arrive. By that time, I could've gotten it myself.

Sometimes, I just don't feel like leaving home or cooking. With services like Grubhub and DoorDash now available, I've been thinking about trying it again.

There's one thing that might keep me from doing it. I've been seeing a lot stories about drivers actually eating part of their deliveries before dripping them off.

That got me wondering. How often does this happen/ Of course, that information is available on the internet.

According to wtsp.com,

"US Foods came out with research that says 28 percent of delivery drivers said they couldn’t resist the temptation of taking a bite. That's more than the 21 percent of delivery customers who said they worried the driver had a taste."

I might have to wait until they come up with a solution to this problem.

"The study says more than 4 out of 5 customers said they’d be less worried about their food deliveries if the restaurant they ordered from would use tamper-proof packaging."

Have you ever had that happen?
