Please Teach Me: How to Make an Authentic Margarita

With the help of a beloved Rockford establishment, I learned how to make the perfect margarita.

Margaritas are one of my favorite drinks on the planet, but there's one problem. When you go to make them at home, finding just the right recipe is difficult.

Enter, Lucha Cantina.

For my first episode of, 'Please Teach Me...' I went to Lucha Cantina where Erin helped me make the most perfect authentic margarita.

A blend of tequila, triple sec, agave nectar and ridiculously fresh lime juice resulted in one of the best margaritas I've ever had in my life.

I especially loved the half salted rim, fancy and functional.
