How to Train for the Insane Inflatable 5K in Bed [VIDEO]
It's just like training for any other 5K; but not really.
If you got bored about 1 minute in; here's your workout plan:
Jump on your bed warm up- 30 seconds
Pushups (regular or on your knees)- 3 sets of 10
Sit ups - 3 sets of 10
Fire hydrants - Hold for a count of 5 seconds, three times on each leg
Squats (Ok, so they looked like a squat crunch or some variation of the two)- 3 sets of 10
OR - just jump on your bed and get in a good sweat.
