In A Snap Fitness: The Countdown Workout
Well, it's pretty much July; so, how's that bikini body coming along?
Eh, who cares, every body is a bikini body, but if you are trying to get fit, I challenge you to try the countdown workout. It seems a little intimidating at first, but the good news is, you can do this at your own pace.
If you're a beginner, I suggest doing your sprints (which you'll do first) down to the end of your driveway and back; then start with 10 reps of each exercise:
- Squat to press with any object you feel comfortable with
- Sit Ups
- Push Ups
Take a 60 second break and start from the beginning, going down in reps each time. You'll do 10, 9, 8, 7, and so on. Don't forget to allow yourself time to rest between.
If you're a little more advanced, you can take a 30 second break between each round.
