Is Roma Bakery in Rockford Closing?

Rockford has lost its share of long-time businesses and restaurants in 2019, and many of them in the last month or so. I wish I could tell you the news of closings was over, but I just don't think that is the case yet.

I've seen a TON of people on social media sharing this post on Facebook today, but as of yet have not been able to confirm if it is true or not.

Roma Bakery is located at 523 Marchesano Drive in Rockford and will be open today. I think we need to stop by to find out if these rumors are true and devour many of their baked delights before they are gone for good.
