I've never lived in Chicago, but I know that when it comes to real estate, location is everything.

Most Chicagoans have to sacrifice space, size, and even yards in order to live near the shops, restaurants, and entertainment that Chicago is famous for, but I often wonder if they ever think; " I can't sacrifice a ____ in order to live near <insert new, trendy bar/restaurant/store here>"?

It may not look like anything extraordinary from the outside, but I'm willing you bet you are not prepared for what greets you when you step inside...

I'm a big fan of black, white, and gray combos, but this is WAY too much for me. Yes, my home decor style is probably far from what some folks would call "fashionable", but is it fashionable to have mirrored walls these days?

I'm willing to give the current owners the benefit of the doubt that they just hadn't gotten around to the kitchen renovations yet, and this area is just a make-it-through" kind of space, but do you have to wash dishes in a bathroom sink if you want to live here?

So...how much will all this mirrored luxury cost you? $650,000!
