Mother Nature Is Bringing the HEAT this Weekend in Rockford

Remember when we were all complaining about it not feeling like Summer?

Remember complaining about it being too cool? I think we can call this forecast Karma, my friends.

I could provide more proof of the extreme heat coming, but frankly, I don't want to. Every Rockford meteorologist is forecasting high weekend temps and heat indexes thanks to the gosh darn humidity, and I know that this is what Summer is supposed to be like in the Midwest, but I do NOT like it.

If you are one of those people that loves the heat, live it up this weekend. I will be hiding out in the nearest freezer trying to stay cool.
