2020 really made us realize just how important it is to take care of our body. On top of just trying to stay healthy while avoiding catching COVID-19, we all got a taste of just how spoiled we are with physical activity options. The days of just heading the the gym, your favorite yoga class, or even an outdoor sports set up are are a thing of the past it seems.

Madison WI. was ranked 14th on the list. So it looks like some major Midwest cities are a great place to stay active this year.
