We could all use a quick, easy way to burn 100 calories... here it is!

Some people gain weight during the winter holidays, but for some reason the most difficult time for me is June and July.

It's probably because I spend my weekends driving around the Chicago suburbs and Wisconsin wherever my friends and family are having a BBQ and eat all the food for the whole day.

Yesh, that's probably it.

So, I must jam pack my weekdays with workouts. But what's the most efficient way to burn 100 calories?

Enter Justin at Movement Fitness Rockford.

Justin gave me some tips and tricks to burn 100 calories in less than ten minutes.

Aside from my inability to do push-ups (#ItalianProbs), this is an awesome workout that I will keep on hand for anytime I need a quick calorie burn.
