From 12–4 p.m., downtown Rockford turns into a trick-or-treat paradise thanks to the River District Association. Families can explore local favorites like Rockford Art Deli, BMO Center, and Maze Books while collecting candy, painting pumpkins, and meeting princesses and mascots. All Hallows’ Eve at Midway Village

Take your little ghouls to Midway Village Museum from 12–6 p.m. for an afternoon surrounded by Rockford history with a spooky twist.
