The 2020 school year will be one parents never forget. It was the year every parent became a home school teacher and realized teachers deserve to get paid WAY more.

Schools almost over now, and that means summer! You thought your kid was bored during the at-home school year? Well, you're in for a treat if we're stuck at home all summer. Time to start planning activities NOW.

Don't worry, the Rockford Park District has got your back. They will be holding its virtual “All in 4 Camp” each Friday through June 5th.

WTVO details -

Counselors from the park district’s Nature Quest Summer Camp will run the virtual camp with Zoom sessions online. Each session will have a theme. This Friday, kids between 5 and 12-years-old will learn about gardening and plants during the 2 hour session.

The cost to register for the camp is $20 a session per household. You can register for one or all four sessions here.
