Sweater weather is almost over, are your arms prepared for the sun?

Mine. Um no. But I have to wear tank tops pretty much all year anyway because the radio studio is sweaty.

Thanks to Therese at Anytime Fitness though, maybe this summer, my arms will be ready for tank top season!

Therese hooked me up with three great exercises we can all do to get our arms in great shape, whether we are at the gym or working out while watching TV.
