Rockford Photographer Offering Free Prom Photos for Seniors

There is a lot of scary things to worry about during this COVID-19 pandemic, but one of the things I am struggling with the most is the very real possibility that school may not be back in session until the Fall.

My heart breaks for my kindergartner who longs to see her friends and for all she is currently missing out on. My heart also breaks for the senior class of 2020 who will not be able to experience prom, possibly graduation ceremonies, and all the "last" high school moments that one cherishes for a lifetime.

What I am thankful for right now is the amount of awesome businesses and people who are generously offering their talents and services for free to make this whole pandemic just a little less scary and heartbreaking.

Businesses just like Victoria Ascue Photography in Rockford who is offering a free Prom photo shoot to seniors after Illinois' shelter-in-place order is lifted.
