Take the Family On A Dinosaur Hunt at Chicago’s Brookfield Zoo
It doesn't matter if you're are a boy or girl, at some point in your life you think dinosaurs are the coolest thing ever.
When it comes to my kids' favorite 'creatures', here is the order of importance:
- Unicorns/Mermaids
- Princesses
- Dinosaurs
Depending on the day, or heck even the hour, that order of importance can quickly change, and dinosaurs often move up to number one for my girls.
A couple years ago when my girls were about 1 and 4, my family went to Brookfield Zoo in Chicago to see their dinosaur exhibit, and they LOVED it. Now the dinosaurs are coming back to Brookfield Zoo, and honestly it looks to be even bigger and better this go 'round.
'Dinos Everywhere' will be on display at Brookfield Zoo through September 6, 2021, and we're not talking about just plush dinos everywhere you look. Forty, massive, animatronic dinosaurs have been placed throughout the zoo grounds that your kids will be delighted to go hunting for!
Brookfield Zoo's website says;
The Dinos Everywhere exhibit was created by “Jurassic Park” advisor, Don Lessum and is on loan from Dino Don, Inc. and The Wildlife Conservation Society.
Dinos Everywhere features acres of earth shakers, including the largest—Argentinosaurus—that was estimated to measure more than 100 feet in length and weigh up to 110 tons.
I'm not a child, but I'm pretty stoked to see these dinosaurs too!
Brookfield Zoo tickets need to be reserved in advance, because of COVID-19, and wearing face masks and maintaining social distancing from other zoo-goers is also a must. Get more details, and reserve your tickets now at czs.org/OnlineTicketing.
