‘The Polar Express’ Train Ride is Coming to Chicago
If you've ever wanted to relive a holiday classic, like, for real, this might be the best thing going.
The Polar Express from 2004 starred Tom Hanks and while Hanks won't be in attendance, this is one train you don't want to miss.
The Chicago Union Station Polar Express Train Ride takes off on Saturday, December 3 all the way through January 1, 2017.
According to chicagothepolarexpressride.com:
The magical adventure comes to life when the train departs Union Station for a 60-minute roundtrip journey through the tunnels, rail yards, and neighborhoods along the Chicago River. Along the way, hot chocolate and treats are served as passengers read along with the classic children’s book."
Tickets are going fast, and they look a bit pricey but from the sounds of things it's going to be worth the money.
