The World’s Largest Workout Is Happening Saturday At Wrigley Field
HIIT workouts are the biggest thing going right now so it would make sense for someone to try and break a world record while everyone cares.
HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training and many who use this type of training believe it to be the fastest way to burn fat.
OrangeTheory Fitness, a workout studio that specializes in HIIT and with locations all over the US including one in Rockford, 6575 East State Street, is attempting to break a world record and they have one of the most popular teams in baseball helping to get the word out.
Join us and 5,000 of your closest friends as we break a Guinness World Record at the World's Largest HIIT Class.
It's for a good cause too. All proceeds will benefit Augie's Quest "a nonprofit dedicated to finding treatments and cures for ALS."
Tickets for the event start at $20 for the Lower Level Concourse area of Wrigley Field. The most expensive is at $100 for the Warning Track - On Field.
