This is How Much it Costs to Live Within Walking Distance of Wrigley Field
Once upon a time, when I was just 19 years old, I had dreams of moving to Chicago. A weekend trip that included sneaking into Wrigley and burgers at the Cubby Bear was enough to have me hooked.
I was in awe of the charming brownstones and three flats; I envied the people who were partying on their rooftop patios and was captivated by the diverse group of people that walked the streets of Wrigleyville.
Those things still intrigue me to this day and if I ever had the money, I would love to live in the Windy City.
According to Estately, you'll need quite a bit of coin to live withing two miles of Wrigley, but it's probably not as much as you think. After crunching some real estate numbers for homes within two miles of America's baseball stadiums, they found that a home near the friendly confines would cost you $475,000.
I would've guessed at least a million a more.
