New Year's Eve has come and gone, but you know you can make a resolution any day in January, right? Here's how you keep it.

For nine years (which makes me feel super old) my family has gotten together around New Year's and shared our resolutions in a brunch themed party.

The basic idea is each person brings a food that represents their resolution and then share the reso on video.

So this year, there was a little twist of course... seeing that we can't all get together too easily, but we still made it happen.

Thanks to everyone who submitted a video who couldn't be there in person.

Oh, you wanted to know the trick to keeping your resolution... MAKE A VIDEO TELLING EVERYONE WHAT YOU PLAN TO DO.

It keeps you accountable!

But also, making a specific resolution you can actually keep track of is a good idea, too.
