There's something about a New Year's resolution that's hard to keep, but there's one way to make it stick.

Tell everyone you know about it.

For the seventh year in a row, I basically forced my family to do just that.

It started when I lived in LA and won some contest to throw a New Year's party for a food blog and I decided we would have a brunch where you had to bring a food that represents your resolution.

Fast forward seven years later and we're still doing it.

In fact, it's our favorite holiday party of the year.

You don't have to have a brunch to keep your resolution, but sharing it with others is probably the best way to keep it. Good luck!
