This can be a toughie to change, but it might be worth it.

I sleep like a dead body floating in the ocean.

On my stomach, usually with my right arm underneath my face and my left arm either hanging off the bed or next to me on my bed on a 45 degree angle.

There are some occasions when I sleep on my side, when it's really cold out, but for the most part, just a floating dead body sleeper.

This could be why my neck hurts all the time.

According to PopSugar Fitness, sleeping on your stomach is the worst idea. It flattens the curve of your back, and messes with your neck alignment. I also think it makes my face puffy in the morning.

All of us stomach sleepers should try something else. What should we try? Pretty much anything else.

Sleeping on your back is totally fine unless you snore. Yes, I have slept in the same room as snore-ers, they're always on their backs. It's annoying, but there's no health reasons why you shouldn't sleep on your back. Just flip over to be polite!

Side sleeping is the best position, it mimics our spine's natural curve, but we should sleep with a pillow between our legs to keep our backs stress free.

I'll try my best to stop the dead body sleeping, but I can't control what I do when I'm not awake.
