If anything is going to inspire you to get off the couch and onto the treadmill this month, it'll be this treadmill dance.

When it comes to your cardio workout, would you agree that the dreadmill is the worst? You read that right, I refer to the treadmill as the dreadmill.  Thirty minutes feels like 300, even if you're watching TV or your panting along to your runner's mix that you got from an article in Women's Health Magazine.

What if you could turn that 30 minute workout into two and a half minutes and burn just as many calories?

To advertise its incline trainer treadmills, NordicTrack produced this synchronised treadmill dance, using 40 professional dancers. They even threw some musicians, a skateboard and a dog for good measure.

If this doesn't make you want to work out, you should just give up on that resolution to lose weight now...if you haven't already.
