A new list was compiled to find the worst counties to live in every state in America and they used facts, they used numbers that matter most to determine the worst counties.

Finding a Good Place to Live in Wisconsin

Like anywhere else, I think some of the most important things to consider when choosing a place to live are, crime rates, school quality, job opportunities, and unemployment rates. Those are a few of the numbers that 247 Wall St looked at in compiling the Worst County To Live In Every State list.

The northeastern county of Menominee, approximately 50 miles northwest of Green Bay was named the worst of Wisconsin's 72 counties. And Green Bay was recently named Best Place to Live in America.

An estimated 26.2% of residents live below the poverty line, which is almost triple Wisconsin's rate of 10.7%.

Menominee County's seat is Keshena.

A college education is linked to greater financial and job security, and only 18.4% of county adults have a bachelor%u2019s degree or higher, well below the 31.5% share of Wisconsin adults who do.
