Well, I am.

I'm Facebook friends with both of my bosses. But, I'm a radio personality. Most of our days include discussing the silliness of our worlds... meaning the margaritas I had on Friday night, my niece's birthday party on Saturday and my extremely broken toe nail.

So when my bosses go on Facebook and see all of my happenings in their newsfeed, they pretty much know what they're in for.

Not to mention, as a radio station we do a lot on Facebook, so it's totally ok.

There's a chance if you're a lawyer, a scientist, a professional finance dealer... maybe you don't want to be Facebook friends with your boss, that is, according to the Huffington Post.

Both of my bosses are in fact the best bosses on the planet, so it's probably up to them if they want to de-friend me. Or hide my broken toe nail photo posts.
