
Rockford’s Beats and Bites Is Back: Food Trucks, Music, and Summer Fun Downtown
If your lunch hour could use a little more fun, you're in luck. Beats and Bites is returning for its second season in downtown Rockford.
Beats and Bites is Back in Downtown Rockford
Hosted by the River District Association with support from GoRockford and the City of Rockford, this free summer series kicks off Thursday, June 12, and runs select Thursdays through August 15.

From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the corner of West State and Church Street, you'll find a rotating mix of food trucks, live music, games, giveaways, and pop-up surprises. Each week features a unique theme, so you can expect something new every time.

- August 15: 815 Day (Friday event off 1st and State, in front of Rockford Art Deli)
