Nine different retailers are recalling children's cold medicine made by the Perrigo company.
It's not the actual ingredients that are the problem, but instead the serving cups with incorrect labeling, which may lead to a possible overdose.

The items recalled includes: GUAIFENESIN DM CHRY LIQ 4 OZ and GUAIFENESIN GRAPE LIQ 4 OZ.
