In the case of the man in the video, he uses sign language to show just how happy he really is.

His wife is surprising him on or near Christmas with the big news that she is pregnant.

She handed him a Christmas present bag filled with a couple of things that he needed to unwrap.

It started with a Baby Ruth candy bar, a bottle of Dad's root beer followed up with a couple of positive pregnancy tests.
