Every so often I'll hear from a listener who's been inspired by my weight loss journey; it's been a long one and since going off on my own and doing my own thing, I have a lot more work to do and that's OK. It's never been easy to do it alone, but I've never wavered from my fitness path and I have no desire to give up any time soon.

To stay on track, be accountable and to continue to inspire others, I wanted to put together a fun video series that anyone can use, especially if you don't have access to a gym or the equipment needed to achieve your goals.  It is possible, and with a little help from Rockford's best personal trainers, we can hopefully get you close to where you want to be.

Are you ready to give it a try? Remember, I'm not a professional, I just play one on the radio, but these workouts are put together by skilled coaches and trainers who have helped hundreds of people in the Rockford area get in shape, and more importantly, be healthy.
