Parents Warn About Danger of This Kids’ Life Jacket

During the summer my family is around water a lot. Both of my girls wore a style of life jacket like the one pictured above when they were younger.

I always thought the style looked super safe because of the extra head flotation part.  After watching this Facebook video, I'm thanking God and all above that the jacket's actual life-saving abilities were never put to the test while my kids were wearing it.

The optimist in me is still hoping the dangers are limited to that specific brand of life jacket, but the realist in me believes the problem lies with the design. What do you think?
