Rockford City Market Announces Opening Day For 2023

One of our favorite events of the year is returning to downtown Rockford this summer.

The best part about summer time is all of the fun outdoor events happening around the city, like Rockford City Market!

There are three main reasons I make a stop at the Market:

Live Music
To enjoy a beautiful summer night downtown

Just something about it being 80 degrees, sunny, and walking through all the local vendors makes me feel so happy. I'm excited to have another summer to look forward to spending my Friday night at the Market!

Rockford City Market Announces Opening Day For 2023

Mark your calendars, Friday, May 19th is the first day of Rockford City Market!

"We've invited 60+ local vendors with fresh produce, baked goods, handmade items, jewelry, cheese, honey, and more underneath the pavilion in the heart of downtown Rockford.
We'll also have food trucks, local breweries, and rotating kid's activities! Plus our friends from the Rockford Park District will also be on site with different games for kids (and kids at heart) to try out!
PLUS, we have LIVE MUSIC on both our Main Stage and our Acoustic Stage!" [City Market]

There will be two local breweries on site for all you beer lovers, too! Sounds like it'll be a pretty entertaining and eventful summer for Rockford.
