Rockford City Market is hosting another Puppy Yoga session featuring adorable puppies from Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary, where you can stretch, breathe, and unwind while furry little friends roam around you.  Whether you're a seasoned yogi or someone who still gets confused (like me) during downward dog, this event is designed for all experience levels!

Rockford City Market Brings Back Fan-Favorite Puppy Yoga This Season

This is such a unique experience.  Even with the chaos of the puppies, you know you'll still be in a very stress-free environment with other dog lovers.  It's not just about the movement, it's about slowing down, being present, and maybe getting a puppy to crawl into your lap mid-stretch!

Because this is such a popular event in Rockford, they'll have two sessions so more people can enjoy the experience.  April 25th, 10am and 11:30am, and each class runs for one hour.  Hopefully during those sessions, you get lots of puppy cuddles.  Plan to arrive early to make the most out of your Puppy Yoga experience!  Whether you come for yoga, the puppies, or both, Yoga at Rockford City Market is one of many events kicking off for spring and summer downtown.
